A year ago I ordered a poster from a shop named Nartelier on Etsy for $29. I was charged, yet the poster never shipped. Months went by, the shop owner changed their shop name to Nartellier (with two l’s). I’ve contacted them, and got a reply that they’d look into it. After a couple days with no follow up, see they changed their display name and the user has now zero follows, and no avatar. Here are some screenshots of the two exchanges in the messages inbox:

The bottom message is from the initial contact when I ordered the item, and my follow up recently asking for a refund since the item was never shipped. Then the shop was renamed, and you see that with the top message showing “nartellier” with the two l’s.
